Please fill out the entire application as fully as possible.  Please return two weeks prior to the event.  Prior to applying for funding, please ensure the event has been fully planned, i.e. venue, speakers, activities, etc.  If you are interested not in just financial support but in planning of the event, please contact

PAACH staff must approve all funding requests.  We will contact you with the results one week after you submit the application. Funding will be on average $50. 

After the event, please submit an expense report and we will reimburse you for those costs.  We do not give cash advances.  We will need all original receipts (up to the amount of co-sponsorship) and a one-page maximum letter detailing the event (attendance, feedback, etc.).
